It is human nature to wonder if there is something better coming up. As home buyers, we sometimes will play the wait and see game and could potentially lose out on a great home that would fit our family’s needs perfectly. Always remember that a bird in the hand is better than 2 in the bush… if you have a great opportunity in front of you, then maybe you should jump on it.
